# Learning report

SAMPLE · all participants, dates and results are fictional

TOF Learn · AV08 · v2

This sample shows the brief group report included with Teamwork in Notion. The six participants and all results are fictional. It supports format review; the authorised recipient and delivery date are agreed for each edition.

| Field | Complete |
| --- | --- |
| Programme | Teamwork in Notion |
| Simulated edition | 19, 20, 23 and 24 November 2026 · 8 h · 4 × 2 h |
| Planned trainer | Guillermo Mascaraque Piña |
| Example recipient | Operations training owner |

### What the simulation compared

Initially, the “Review page” task had no owner or brief link. The final task required a copy review with status, ownership, documentation and a next step that another person could check. Practice took place within the example session hours.

### Fictional group observations

| Capability | Simulated observation |
| --- | --- |
| Complete the task | 6 of 6 linked the brief and assigned an owner |
| Check the handover | 4 of 6 checked access and the next step without final assistance |
| Assessment outcome | 4 pass · 2 need review; no productivity assessment |

> The basic package includes a brief recommendation, communication kit and brief group report, together with a reference guide and downloadable, versioned practice materials for internal use. The authorised recipient and group report date are agreed for each edition.

## Criteria and next steps

### Rubric used in the sample

| Criterion | What to observe |
| --- | --- |
| Completes the task | Completes the agreed task and leaves an output another person can continue. |
| Checks the result | Checks the source and critical points in the case; identifies what remains outstanding. |
| Explains choices and limits | Explains choices, acknowledges assistance and limitations, and knows when to request a review. |

### Difficulty and next step

Two fictional participants mentioned the reviewer without checking brief access. The recommended next task is to check access and the next action with a practice partner. One calendar month of email support after the final session, covering the content taught: up to two hours in total for the whole group, with a response within two working days.

### What these data do not demonstrate

The counts illustrate capabilities observed in a fictional classroom case. They do not establish later use, time savings, job performance, business impact or customer satisfaction. No certificate has been issued from this sample.

### Information shared

A brief group report is included. Authorised recipients and the delivery date are agreed; it summarises classroom capabilities and difficulties without rankings or job-performance assessment. The client can retain an internal-use copy of the materials. The proposal records the inventory, version and the date until which TOF’s link will be available for the edition. Indefinite link access and future updates are not promised. Recordings require prior agreement.
