# Training recommendation

SAMPLE · all participants, dates and results are fictional

TOF Learn · AX06 · v2

We recommend starting with Teamwork in Notion to practise daily project and documentation coordination. The simulated conversation identifies a task usage and handover problem, not a demonstrated need to rebuild the workspace.

| Field | Complete |
| --- | --- |
| Example team | Operations · 6 people · Project coordination |
| Example date | 5 November 2026 |
| Simulated sources | Fictional diagnostic conversation and review task with an internal brief |

### Starting point

The team knows pages and task lists. It reports repeated questions to understand handovers. The sample task has no owner and no link to the brief. The real workspace and its permissions have not been audited.

### First priority

Find a shared reference, update the task and leave a review that another person can understand. The recommended programme practises these actions in a prepared workspace.

### What we leave for later

- Workspace administration: only if an owner needs to design databases, views and access; this requires a different scope.
- Automation and integrations: these do not by themselves resolve the missing context observed and are outside this edition.

> The basic package includes a brief recommendation, communication kit and brief group report, together with a reference guide and downloadable, versioned practice materials for internal use. The authorised recipient and group report date are agreed for each edition.

## Scope and next step

| Field | Complete |
| --- | --- |
| Reference | 8 live hours · 4 sessions of 2 h |
| Proposed group | 6 operations colleagues; language and delivery mode to confirm |
| Planned trainer | Guillermo Mascaraque Piña |
| Practice | Service page with a prepared internal brief and tasks |

### Evidence to review

Each participant would submit a task with linked documentation, an owner and a coherent status; another person would check access and the next step. The trainer would review execution, checks and the explanation of decisions.

### Preparation before confirmation

TOF prepares the instructions and checklist; the trainer checks the practice and an alternative for blockers; the client owner coordinates participants and tests accounts and permissions. The access test, its date and who records and resolves each blocker are agreed for each edition. Participation needs are raised through the agreed private channel, without requesting diagnoses. Specific support arrangements are confirmed before the edition.

### Budget and next decision

No fee is set in this sample. The proposal would confirm pricing, taxes, licences, dates and trainer availability. A brief group report is included. Authorised recipients and the delivery date are agreed; it summarises classroom capabilities and difficulties without rankings or job-performance assessment. FUNDAE: external administration remains to be arranged. TOF provides administrative training documentation; it does not process or guarantee subsidisation.

> The client can retain an internal-use copy of the materials. The proposal records the inventory, version and the date until which TOF’s link will be available for the edition. Indefinite link access and future updates are not promised. Recordings require prior agreement. One calendar month of email support after the final session, covering the content taught: up to two hours in total for the whole group, with a response within two working days.
