# Projects and documentation in Notion

The Optimal Flow · Learn · Editable resource · Version 1.0 · 2026-10-13

A service page case for practising how to find the brief, update a task and hand over a review with context. Projects, names and materials are fictional.

## Pack contents

2 projects and 8 tasks as CSV; 5 Markdown documents; setup and practice guides; a result with checks; blank reusable templates. The ZIP contains 28 files and can be extracted without a Notion account.

## How to use it

1. Download and extract the ZIP. Open README.md in the extracted folder for links to instructions and documents.
2. To prepare Notion, follow guides/01-prepare-workspace.md. Import the CSV files into new classroom databases and documents with Text & Markdown; do not merge the pack into operational databases. Keep IDs as text and copy each record's body without duplicating it.
3. Check the imported page links and access by the person continuing. The guide explains what needs manual setup: optional relations, views and people are not activated by the ZIP.
4. Complete guides/02-practice.md, then compare with result/03-result-and-checks.md. T001 starts without an owner or brief link for the participant to add.
5. Adapt templates/ to another project. Markdown and CSV files can be edited locally; comments, mentions and permissions are practised in Notion.

The pack has not been imported into a Notion account or tested with real users. Extraction, files, CSV, IDs and local links have been checked. The person preparing the edition tests import and access in their own environment before teaching. This resource does not itself add hours, support or a qualification.
