# Build internal agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio · classroom guide
Version 1.0 · 13 October 2026 · 12 h across 6 sessions of 2 h. Fictional Brisa case.

## Result
Build and test a bounded agent for a tool guide and request process. Consult sources, ask for missing details and prepare a summary for review. It does not create accounts, grant access, buy licences or send messages.

## Agenda within the 12 hours
1. Define and create the prototype · 120 min. Agree task, questions, boundaries and owners; create the agent in the prepared environment. Evidencia: Scope and initial instructions.
2. Prepare the knowledge · 120 min. Review and add fictional sources; check the first answer and reference. Evidencia: An inventory and checked answer.
3. Handle gaps and changes · 120 min. Test an ambiguous question, missing details and an old instruction. Evidencia: Revised rules and a documented correction.
4. Prepare a reviewable request · 120 min. Collect essential details and produce a summary pending approval. Do not grant access or send messages. Evidencia: A request with details or explicit gaps for human review.
5. Test and check again · 120 min. Repeat cases after a change and check identity and sources where the environment permits. Evidencia: Case-level evidence and comparison.
6. Resolve and hand over · 120 min. Individual variation and source, ownership and boundary documentation. Feedback in the session. Evidencia: Individual evidence and handover; publication has separate conditions.

## Prepare before starting
Corporate identity, authoring access, authorised isolated environment, available features, policies, sources, usage and administrator support. A free trial permits creating/testing, not publishing. Licence purchases and tenant setup are not included. Features depend on environment and licence; do not assume any Microsoft 365 subscription covers the full scope.
Trainer rehearsal of the case and timings is pending. Agree features and group size to allow individual evidence.

## Working order
1. Complete scope-blank.md and review sources.md.
2. Separate current documents. Do not add the ARCHIVE section as valid knowledge.
3. Write your own instructions, then check instructions.md.
4. Test cases.csv and record actual answers and references in tests-blank.csv.
5. Change a source or instruction, repeat the set and record the difference.
6. Complete individual.md and leave handover-blank.md.

tests-worked-example.csv is a written reference, not execution. Do not copy its answers as evidence from your tool. If the environment cannot run, identify practice as simulation; it does not demonstrate a configured agent.

## Sources and access
Uploaded files support knowledge practice, not individual SharePoint permission checks. The latter needs prepared users and sources; record source type and test identity. Do not connect real documentation or change policies by following this pack.
Automatic question generation may use data accessible to the connected account. Use only fictional/authorised material and review the set; the supplied six cases do not require generation.

## Submission and assessment
Individual evidence of a bounded agent, checked answers, variation, record and handover. Feedback within the 12 hours. The trainer decides meets the criteria or needs review using evaluation.md; extra reassessment is agreed per edition. TOF’s own diploma, not Microsoft certification.
Publication and user access need their own checks and scope; they are not guaranteed course outcomes.
