The layer where day-to-day work lives.

Monday.com was founded in 2012 in Tel Aviv and debuted on NASDAQ in June 2021 (ticker MNDY). Its current official positioning is 'the AI-first Work OS', a multi-product platform, not a monolithic tool. On the same engine of boards, automations and integrations, five vertical products are offered: Work Management, CRM, Service, Dev and Campaigns. The promise: a client can adopt one and expand to the others without changing ecosystems or duplicating data.

The numbers size the ecosystem. More than 245,000 clients in 200+ countries, native support in 14 languages (including Spanish), USD 1 billion+ in crossed ARR in 2024, and 23% of annual ARR growth comes from the indirect partner channel, one of the highest percentages in the SaaS sector.

In February 2026 the company formalized the pivot to 'AI-first work platform' at its Partner Summit. The AI structure has three layers: monday AI (assistant integrated in boards and AI Blocks within columns), monday AI Agents (autonomous multistep agents for triage, lead qualification, drafting, report generation), and monday for agents (infrastructure for third parties to build vertical agents on top of the engine).
