The starting point.
The team was working in an increasingly fragmented Notion environment, where documentation and procedures were difficult to find. Growth called for a structure connecting work management with the resources the team needed to consult.
How we did it.
The Notion workspace was reorganised around a menu bringing together the testing wiki, projects, tasks, goals, meetings, SOPs and documentation. The main dashboard includes quick actions and a weekly view for accessing operational work from the same environment.
