The starting point.

The department primarily needed to unify its management tools into a single platform, along with a substantial improvement in the organization of tasks and collaborative projects. It was essential to establish an efficient system for information management and to optimize communication across the organizational hierarchy.

The implemented solution consisted of a customized workspace design that incorporated interconnected databases for projects, tasks, and contacts. Kanban boards were implemented for visual workflow management, along with standardized templates for processes and a complete notification and reminder system.
