The organization needed a single platform that would centralize all its information and enable professional task and project management. It was essential to have an efficient system for the participant selection process, as well as robust inventory control for international expeditions. Effective collaboration across distributed teams was also a key priority.

We developed an end-to-end workspace design with granular permission management, implementing a system of interconnected databases for the selection process that includes candidate evaluation and automated ranking calculation. We integrated complementary tools such as Jotform for external forms and Tally for internal ones, with Zapier automations. We set up a centralized database for inventory control and international logistics management, along with a detailed corporate manual for the selection process.
