01. Context
Superhuman brings together four complementary tools: Docs for organising information and processes, Mail for managing email, Grammarly for improving written communication and Go for applying AI with the context of your work. We can implement the suite or focus on the tools your team needs.
Superhuman Docs is the new name for Coda. It combines documents with tables, formulas, buttons and automations: teams can document how they work and manage tasks and data in the same space. Mail connects to Gmail and Outlook; Grammarly helps with reviewing and drafting; Go works with information and applications you have authorised.
We start with your existing tools, permissions and the work you want to address. We agree what to connect, migrate and keep, and check which features your chosen plan includes. Licences, connectors and beta features may have different conditions; we define that scope before implementation.
02. How we apply it
Applications we adapt to your team's processes and tools.
Docs: from documentation to daily work
We build knowledge spaces, project tracking and internal workflows. For example, a request can arrive through a form, be assigned in a table and sit alongside its instructions. Where the process calls for it, we connect data and actions through Packs or AI tools that support MCP.
Mail: conversations with follow-through
We configure inbox organisation, priorities and reminders so the team can pick up each conversation. We help them use AI drafts, meeting scheduling and collaboration within email threads, according to the features available for their Gmail or Outlook accounts.
Grammarly: a shared approach to communication
We adapt clarity, grammar and tone review to the team's communications: proposals, customer messages or documentation. We define writing guidelines and, where the plan supports them, shared style guides. We check the features available in each language and application.
Go: AI with your team's context
We configure agents and connections to prepare for meetings, find information or produce summaries from authorised applications. We define what information they can access and which actions they can take, with human review points where the process needs them.
A suite adapted to your workflows
We choose an initial workflow, configure the tools involved and test the process with the team. We document responsibilities, permissions and maintenance, and support adoption before extending the solution to other processes.
03. What changes for you
We are one of the first Superhuman partners in Spain. The Optimal Flow is listed in its official directory with specialisations in Superhuman Docs, Mail, Grammarly and Go. We work with you to decide how they fit into your operations.
We start with the process: where information is stored, who uses it and what happens after a meeting, an email or a request. From there, we design the structure, connections and access rules, including the tools you already use.
Scope is agreed for each team: configuration, migration where needed, integrations, documentation and adoption support. We clarify what needs a licence, what requires development and who will maintain the system. We work in Spanish and English.
