A Podcast OS in Notion to organise episodes, content, guests and sponsors
IAM Podcasts needed a shared structure to coordinate podcast production and follow-up. The delivered workspace brings the stages of work together with views for episodes, content, guests, sponsors and tasks.

The starting point.
Notes, planning and production follow-up were spread across documents and tools. The team needed to connect episode preparation with publishing, associated content and commercial information, without scattered navigation.
How we did it.
A Notion workspace was built with areas for strategy, production, post-production, content, distribution, growth and monetisation. The dashboard includes task, episode and content tracking, guest and sponsor pipelines and a cashflow register, with quick links from the main menu.
What changed.
Structured production
The podcast's stages of work have dedicated areas within the workspace.
Editorial tracking
Episode, content and task views are available from the operational dashboard.
Organised relationships
Guests and sponsors have their own pipelines.
Financial information
The workspace includes a cashflow register alongside podcast operations.
