Martin Richford needed his own dashboard to bring business information together and organize his day-to-day work. The delivered system combines business areas, CRM and metrics with a focus panel, habits, notes and cash flow.
The starting point.
Information useful for management was spread across notes and different business systems. Martin wanted a consistent personal structure to consult priorities and business data without having to build and maintain everything himself.
How we did it.
A CEO Dashboard was created in Notion with access to business areas, a CRM and a KPI section. The same environment includes a panel for focus, habits and notes and a cash flow log, keeping personal organization separate from business areas while retaining a shared entry point.
