A Notion wiki to organize Pikes Northwest's procedures
Pikes Northwest needed its operating procedures to be easier to find, maintain and share. We organized its documentation in a Notion wiki with resources for each area of work.
The starting point.
Procedures were scattered across static documents, making it difficult to find the right version and update it for the team.
How we did it.
The operational documentation was moved into Notion and structured there. The resource database contains procedures and guides grouped into areas such as tenants, maintenance, landlords, finance and staff.
What changed.
Result
The Notion database contains 29 resources organized by area. The client received the workspace in its own account and the support period began; there are no measured usage or efficiency results yet.
