The starting point.
The company designs and builds, with significant needs for coordination and management of tasks, projects, and documents. Although they already used Notion, they did so at a very limited level, which created a need for better organization.

We created several databases plus a personal dashboard with dynamic filters where each PM only sees their own information. We also built a dashboard with useful insights for the manager, using metrics, charts, and KPIs.
