A connected system to coordinate workers, companies and visas
Work Abroad Network needed to organize an agricultural worker placement operation that relied on manual processes and scattered data. We developed an operational database and Softr portals, with automations to keep visa and document tracking moving forward.
The starting point.
Information on workers, companies, job offers and administrative procedures was spread across tools and manual tasks, making each case difficult to track clearly.
How we did it.
An operational database and portals were developed in Softr. The documented delivery includes two automations: updating visa statuses and storing documents signed with DocuSign in the corresponding records. A metrics page was also added.
What changed.
Result
The client has a connected database for viewing and updating its operations. Delivery of the automations and the metrics page was recorded in the project; the quantitative impact has not yet been measured.
