Scalable operations system for a distributed Amazon FBA company

Team distributed across countries with managers in the process of delegating. We built dashboards, a Kanban board, a personal panel, and SOPs to ensure async communication and full adoption.

01Problem

The starting point.

Alpujarra Paradise is a Spanish company that specializes in Amazon FBA. It's a small but geographically distributed team, which makes a proper system for asynchronous communication and collaboration especially important. Additionally, managers were in the process of delegating certain tasks, so integrating a robust system of SOPs and relevant documentation was essential.

02Solution

Cómo lo hicimos.

We created a General Dashboard with a calendar for planning, a Planning Dashboard with a Kanban board, and a "my tasks" panel for personal organization. On all dashboards we added buttons and a navigation panel for quick access to everything.
