Habihub needed an outreach engine that, starting from the leads its team loaded into a spreadsheet, would send multichannel messages, follow up, and book calls on the calendar. Everything had to happen within minutes of upload, with unified reporting and no repetitive tasks, guaranteeing a consistent experience.

Google Sheets serves as the trigger: each new row fires a Make flow that enriches data with Smartleads, scores the lead in HubSpot, and activates the nurturing sequence. Manychat handles interactions over email and WhatsApp. The system sends emails and WhatsApp messages adapted to the lead's behavior. When interest is detected, Manychat offers time slots and confirms the discovery call in HubSpot.
