A WhatsApp assistant and management dashboard for holiday rentals
An assistant talks to guests on WhatsApp, checks available properties and guides the enquiry through to a provisional booking. The team manages bookings, properties, guests, payments and cleaning from an internal dashboard connected to the same operation.

The starting point.
Supporting a holiday rental involves answering questions about dates, capacity and each property's features, while respecting availability and seasonal rules. The team also needs to coordinate bookings, payments and cleaning, and consult that information without losing each guest's context.
How we did it.
A conversational assistant was implemented, orchestrated in n8n and integrated with WhatsApp through ChatWoot. For guest enquiries, the flow collects dates and preferences, checks availability and property details, validates the configured rotation rules and records a provisional booking; it then sends an email with deposit instructions. The same channel lets the team make operational enquiries and coordinate cleaning tasks. A Next.js dashboard centralises bookings, properties, guests, payments, cleaning and bot conversations, with Airtable for business data and Supabase for authentication and conversational memory.
