SEAT loyalty pilot: aftersales appointments filtered and distributed to each site

With Cubik, a daily pipeline from Excel to Supabase, SQL filtering and n8n distribution to five Excel Online files, one per site, with Power BI reporting for the renewal team.

The starting point.

SEAT's Customer Loyalty team wanted to turn aftersales visits into renewal opportunities for vehicles 5 to 7 years old or older. The process existed, but the daily appointment file for the entire network was not being filtered and distributed to each pilot site. Each workshop needed its own list without seeing other sites' data.

How we did it.

The appointment file is loaded into Supabase each day. SQL queries filter the five pilot sites and the vehicle age segment, and match positive responses to the purchase-interest survey. n8n distributes the results to five Excel Online files in the Microsoft 365 tenant, with appointment and SEM tracking tabs, fixed validation rules and follow-up columns. Power BI connects to these Excel files to show activity and conversion.

What changed.

Daily distribution

Each pilot site receives only its own qualified customers, ready for aftersales contact.

Less manual screening

Filtering by VIN, site and survey no longer has to be done manually in the full network file.

A foundation for scaling

The same architecture can support more sites once the pilot has been validated.

Visibility

Power BI connected to Excel Online tracks contacts and conversions for the renewal team.
