TRAINING FOR BUSINESSES

Tool training, applied to your work.

Private, one-off programmes delivered live for businesses of any size and sector. We work with participants’ tasks to develop independent use and sound judgement with the tools.

You can book training without purchasing consulting or a technology implementation.

01 — LEARNING PATHS

Choose by what your team needs to do.

The paths are independent. We can select modules from one or combine several around the group’s responsibilities, experience and objectives.

Use the tools

Handle everyday tasks, find and update information, and check results. In automation, this can mean operating and reviewing a workflow that is already set up.

Build and maintain systems

Configure workspaces, data and automations; test a scoped example and document how to review it. Technical depth is tailored to the programme.

Lead and make decisions

Prioritise use cases, interpret information and define ownership, access and acceptance criteria. You can follow this path without building or coding a solution.

02 — CATALOGUE

A programme for each tool.

Start with a tool and define the capabilities you want to develop. Modules and exercises are selected for each delivery; there is no need to cover every topic.

03 — LEARNING THROUGH PRACTICE

Useful theory. Practice with your work.

We combine explanations, demonstrations and exercises adapted to participants’ roles, with review and feedback on what they learn.

  1. Agree what to learn

We review the business need and participants’ starting points to choose the tool, learning path, level and practice examples.

  2. Work with guidance

Each participant practises with authorised information or test data. The trainer explains, reviews and helps participants check the results.

  3. Consolidate the learning

We provide a reference guide and exercise materials. Assessment follows the agreed objectives; feedback helps identify what to correct or keep practising.

An adapted programme or one built around you.

A defined programme, adapted to your team

We start with a programme for each tool and adapt its modules, examples and exercises to the group’s roles, experience and objectives.

Fully bespoke training

We design a specific programme when you need new content. We agree its scope and quote before preparing it.

04 — FORMAT AND LEARNING SUPPORT

We agree each delivery with you.

Pricing is quoted for each client. The proposal sets out objectives, content, hours, participants, delivery format, language and access requirements.

Indicative duration
As a reference, 8–12 live hours, usually in sessions of 2–3 hours. In-person sessions may use blocks of 4–6 hours. We adjust the duration to the starting level, modules and practice.
A group size that supports practice
We use up to 12 participants per trainer as a reference. Group size and teaching support are adjusted to the difficulty and planned feedback. It is not a fixed limit for every programme.
Support after the sessions
One calendar month of email support after the final session, covering the content taught: up to two hours in total for the whole group, with a response within two working days.
Materials and TOF’s own diploma
A reference guide, exercise materials and feedback on the practice. TOF’s own diploma of achievement on completing the agreed assessment. Recordings are agreed in advance.

Accounts, access and practice

We agree the required features and access before starting. The client provides accounts and licences; management by TOF is agreed separately. Feature availability depends on the plan and configuration.

Learn through a work example

Your team carries out the practice with our guidance. Production deployment, system operation and maintenance by TOF are contracted as separate services. Training support is limited to the content taught.

What does your team need to learn?

Tell us the tool or need, who will take part and how you would like to work. We will prepare a training proposal with an appropriate scope.
